1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and z777 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or using z777 in any way — including browsing the site, creating an account, depositing funds, playing games or claiming any promotional offer — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the z777 platform and should not create an account. Continued use of z777 after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use z777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

z777 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age or identity cannot be verified to our satisfaction. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each person may hold only one active z777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, z777 will close all but the oldest verified account and may forfeit any balances, bonuses or winnings associated with the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering your z777 account and when updating your profile thereafter. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any payment method details you add. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your z777 login credentials — password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your account access with any other person. z777 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact z777 support immediately via Live Chat.

3.4 Verification

z777 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold. Verification typically requires a copy of a government-issued ID and may require proof of payment method ownership. Verification requests are processed within two business hours during standard operating periods.

4 Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

z777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which operate in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at z777 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by z777 at the standard account level; however, payment method providers may impose their own transaction limits, which z777 is not able to override.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. IBFT deposits may take 1–2 hours to reflect depending on your bank's processing schedule. Card deposits are typically instant. z777 does not charge any processing fee on deposits.

4.4 Own Account Requirement

All payment methods used to deposit at z777 must be registered in your own name and linked to your verified z777 account. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

z777 aims to process all withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash within 15 minutes of approval under standard operating conditions. Withdrawals to IBFT typically complete within 4 hours. Card withdrawals process within 1–2 hours. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from expedited processing schedules as detailed in the VIP Club terms.

5.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, z777 support will arrange an alternative to your registered account.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount from a z777 account is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit at the standard account level, although very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification checks before processing.

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

z777 does not charge any fee on withdrawal transactions. You will receive the exact amount you request in your chosen payment wallet. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider are outside z777's control and z777 cannot be held responsible for them.

5.5 Verification Before Withdrawal

If your account has not previously completed KYC verification, z777 may require identity documents before a withdrawal above a defined threshold is processed. This requirement exists to protect both players and the platform from financial crime and identity fraud. Providing documents promptly will ensure your withdrawal is processed without unnecessary delay.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers at z777 are subject to wagering requirements and validity periods that are specified in the individual promotion terms at the time of the offer. A bonus cannot be withdrawn as cash directly — the bonus amount and any winnings generated from it must meet the applicable wagering requirement before becoming withdrawable as real funds.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The z777 welcome bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per device. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times through new accounts, shared devices or shared payment methods will result in the bonus being voided and the associated account reviewed for compliance with the one-account rule.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 in total bets must be placed before the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal. Only bets placed with real money or bonus funds on qualifying games contribute to wagering progress. Specific game contribution percentages are stated in each individual promotion.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Strategies that z777 considers bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — placing only low-risk bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any coordinated activity with other players to exploit promotional terms. z777 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings in confirmed abuse cases.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All RNG-based games at z777 use certified cryptographic random number generators that are independently tested and audited on a regular schedule. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect verified game mathematics. z777 does not modify game outcomes in any way and has no mechanism to influence the result of any individual game round.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are conducted by professional hosts at a licensed studio. Physical cards are shuffled and dealt under multiple camera angles visible to players. All live game results are final once the round closes. Any technical disconnection on the player's side during a live game round does not entitle the player to a void or refund of their stake where the round was completed normally on the studio side.

7.3 Malfunction and Error

In the event of a game malfunction, software error or communication failure that results in an incorrect display of a game result, z777 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund the stakes to the players involved. 7.4 Minimum and Maximum Bets

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited at z777 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potentially legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one account for the same person
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to play games on z777
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or loopholes to generate winnings outside the normal rules of any game
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live card games
• Using z777 for any money laundering, fraud or financial crime activity
• Providing false identity or age information at any point during the account lifecycle
• Accessing z777 using another person's account or allowing another person to access your account
• Threatening, harassing or abusing z777 support team members or other players in any game chat feature
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback or dispute legitimate z777 transactions through your payment provider without first raising the dispute with z777 support

9 Responsible Gaming

z777 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all players at no cost and with no impact on your VIP status:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling period.

• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, up to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Suspension by z777

z777 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in prohibited conduct, a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering or any other activity that is harmful to the platform or other players. Where a suspension is related to an ongoing investigation, the account balance will be held pending the outcome of that investigation.

10.2 Closure by Player

You may close your z777 account at any time by contacting Live Chat support or emailing support@z777.wine. Before closure, any available balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification is complete and no outstanding wagering requirements apply to bonus funds in your account.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. z777 will attempt to notify the registered mobile number before applying any dormancy administration fee. The dormancy fee, if applied, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and verifying their identity.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the z777 platform — including but not limited to the z777 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, written content, graphics, software and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of z777 or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any z777 content without prior written authorisation from z777. Scraping, harvesting or automated collection of any data from z777 is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

z777 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z777's liability to any player arising from use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount of the player's wallet balance at the time the relevant event occurred.

z777 is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings or opportunity resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side

13 Privacy

By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains in detail what data we collect, how it is used, who it is shared with, and how you can exercise your rights over your personal data.

z777 does not sell player data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is necessary to provide the services you have requested.

14 Changes to These Terms

z777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, z777 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account with at least 7 days' notice before the change takes effect, except where an immediate change is required for legal, regulatory or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at z777.wine/terms-conditions. The date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update. If you continue to use z777 after a change to these Terms takes effect, you are considered to have accepted the revised version.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of z777 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. z777 operates a formal internal complaints process — any dispute should first be submitted in writing to support@z777.wine with the subject line "Formal Complaint." z777 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, you may escalate the matter through the relevant dispute resolution channel applicable to your jurisdiction. z777 will cooperate fully with any such process.
